Hi, I’m Carmen Salameh, host of Asian Business Owners and founder of Octo Gen, a social media marketing agency based in Hong Kong.

I started Asian Business Owners after launching my own business and realising how exciting, and sometimes lonely, entrepreneurship can be.

I wanted to create the kind of conversations I was looking for myself: honest, relatable discussions with founders across Asia about the real human journey behind building a business.

On the podcast, we go beyond the highlight reel to explore the doubts, pivots, struggles and quiet wins that shape the entrepreneurial journey.

My goal is simple: to help founders feel less alone, more understood, and better equipped for their own path.
